This is me letting off steam through beach dance. I’m a little stressed.

I’m sorry Bec – hard to be as sympathetic as I want to when your stress appears with such an idyllic backdrop!!
Water sluicing over curled toes, releasing heat that has built and burned, feel the tightness slowly release as stress dies.
Arms stretch wide hoping to embrace the warmth, head tilted back to smile at the sun. Oh what joy is being expressed here.
Deep breathes, one then two. Cleansing of the stagnation that was hiding in crevices, head feels light but more importantly so does the heart.
She feels the happiness, the gaiety of the moment. As one foot lifts, the other is waiting it’s turn. Splash into the water. Another then another, as the repetition is made, the moment happens.
Feet splash in place to set a rhythm, a tempo of joy. A dance, a beach dance to chase the blues and doldrums back to the recesses of the mind. For now, this moment is bliss and will last as long as the beach and the sea meet.
i do enjoy that when you are stressed, you dance. a glorious response. my stress is not released in such a graceful manner i’m afraid!
