A precious Victoria day. I can take or leave the Victoria part…and couldn’t even muster the energy to read the entire Wikipedia page on the history of the holiday…but time with family is certainly precious. So thank you Queen Victoria for whatever you did for Canada. (I can say ignorant things about Canada’s history because both of my ears are plugged and I now live in a little hole in my head.)
