Have you noticed my new donate button? Yet another attempt at making this writing thing more viable.
And well, the Machine that is Mo-omle (if you know what I mean) kicked me out of their pants program. I feel a mixture of shame and anger. Shame because I did violate their terms, I suppose. Okay, I did. I asked my closest friends to paint my pants on occasion. And paint they did, paying particular attention to the pant crevices. Not missing a single seam. Particularly my mom. She painted my pants faithfully in all her spare time, even when she should have been studying a certain Canadian poet.
It’s not like they weren’t looking at the pants as they painted. Please!
Oh yeah, I also feel anger. Anger because I can’t believe Mo-omle can possibly care and be monitoring a small-time site like mine with such vigor. Mo-omle is a scary machine, friends. Did you know that they are working with the Chinese government to catch dissenters? That is serious. Torture serious. I’m even afraid to say their name.
Thus I am discouraged about our world and the Big Brother Machines that run our world…and internet. I’m discouraged about how hard it is to make it as an artist. Boo hoo. Boo hoo. I can hold while you go get your box of tissues.
No really, I’ll wait.
